Turnd

Cook’s knife for right hander

“Turnd” is a kitchen knife specially designed for right-handers with a twisted handle and a blade shape adapted to the Japanese Santoku-Knife.

The gyration of the handle allows a more natural handhold and better force transmission on the blade. The massive design is made of one piece of stainless steel for a comfortable weight and can be cleaned easily. The knife has a fairly wide blade to allow space for the fingers of the right hand and to stabilize the blade with the left hand while cutting. The center of gravity is located a little behind the blade in the handle and thus ensures a fatigue-free working.

In contrast to the curved edges at the crossover from handle to blade, the two ends of the knife are cut off nearly sharp-edged and give the cutting tool its character.
